The Farthofer distillery is located in Öhling, Austria, and can look back on over 100 years of tradition. For the Farthofer whiskies, ancient grains grown and malted on the distillery's own organic farm are used. For the 5-year maturation of this single cask, the distillery used a fresh, newly charred red wine cask from its own barrel stock.
