Flóki Single Cask Reserve is produced entirely with ingredients from Iceland. The particularly robust Icelandic grain contains little starch, which is why around 50 per cent more barley has to be used than with other barley varieties. This bottling matured in a cask that was topped with Flóki Young Malt. This gives the whisky a fresh woody flavour with subtle accents of spices and a pleasant sweetness.
