Finish: Medium-long after caramel cream.Straight Rye Aroma Balanced between spicy pepper and citrus notes. Taste: Ginger, apricot and elderberry. Finish: Long lasting. Maturation: Finish in French oak barrels. Straight Bour bon Aroma Notes of pastry, wholemeal bread and nougat. Taste: Round and slightly sweet with grilled pineapple and candied walnuts. Finish: Medium-long and balanced with sweet peach compote and savoury moist tobacco.

The Heaven's Door whiskeys were developed in collaboration with the musician Bob Dylan. The whiskeys are named after his big hit 'Knocking on Heaven's Door' from 1973. The bottle design shows the welded iron door that Bob Dylan made in his studio Black Buffalo Ironworks. In addition to an eight-year-old Straight Bourbon, the music legend also developed a Straight Rye and a Double Barrel Whiskey.
