The Hills & Harbour Gin is produced at the Crafty Distillery on the west coast of Scotland. The small distillery is located in the Galloway Hills on the River Cree, hence its name. Bonaticals include regionally harvested pine needles and seaweed, as well as mango, orange peel, Szechuan pepper, bay leaves and, of course, juniper. The basic alcohol for the Hills & Harbour Gin is distilled in the craft distillery from wheat and water.
