The Lind & Lime Gin is produced at the Port Leith Distillery in Edinburgh, Scotland. The goal of the Scottish gin makers was a balanced classic London Dry Gin with juniper, lime and pink pepper. The brand takes its name from Dr. James Lind, who, as a ship's doctor in the Royal Navy in the 18th century, discovered a treatment for scurvy using citrus fruits.
Lind & Lime is produced as sustainably as possible with 100% green electricity, organically grown ingredients and plastic-free packaging.
