This Single Grain from the Cooper's Collection is the first in a series of annual limited releases by Loch Lomond Master Blender Michael Henry. Distilled from only 100% malted barley and then matured in American oak casks with a finish in Japanese Mizunara casks, the natural flavours of the Single Grain whisky are highlighted. The end result is a smooth Loch Lomond whisky with a fruity floral character, enhanced with rich fragrant spices attributable to the Mizunara oak casks.
